After been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since December 2008, Kuroko no Basuke has finally come to an end. Thank you Kuroko & friends for accompanying us for the past 6 years. Thank you Fujimaki-sensei for giving us a happy ending!

Not sure if this has been said before but I love the fact that Makoto gets down to eye level with Hayato most of the time. That’s a technique that many (if not all) experts give when dealing with child communication.

Being on the same level is so important because it helps them feel more in control, safer, and more connected to the adult. It communicates to them that you are there for them and are readily paying attention. In addition, with as tall as Makoto is this is definitely a really important thing for him to do for these kids.

Mamakoto really lives up to his name.

THIS MAN HAS ALS, AND HIS ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE WILL MAKE YOU LAUGH. THEN IT’LL MAKE YOU CRY

The video begins humorously as Anthony Carbajal, a photographer, dresses up in a neon bikini top and soaps up a car before being doused with ice water.

So watch the full video here and laugh out loud at the first half and then get ready to tear up in the second half.
